    On your poster, newsletter or WhatsApp group. It opens your event straight away.

  2. Choose tickets or seats

    Tickets and seats are held the moment they're chosen, so nothing is ever double-booked.

  3. Pay by card or EFT

    Card payments go through PayFast. EFT guests get your bank details and a reference.

  4. Get the e-ticket

    A ticket with a QR code arrives by email and WhatsApp, ready to show on the night.

  5. Walk in

    Your door team scans the ticket on a phone and the guest walks in.

Do my guests need an app or an account?

No. They scan the QR code or tap your link, fill in their name, email and cellphone number, and choose their tickets or seats. That's all.

How does the money reach me?

Card payments run through PayFast and your share is split to your own PayFast account automatically. EFT payments go straight into your bank account. You confirm them in the dashboard and the ticket is sent.

What does Globook cost?

A small fee per ticket sold, agreed with you before your event goes live. Tell us about your event and we'll give you the number upfront.

What happens if someone books but doesn't pay?

Their tickets stay held as a pending booking. If the payment doesn't come through, cancel it in the dashboard and those tickets open up for other guests immediately.

Can I run more than one event?

Yes. Every event gets its own booking page and link, and your events page lists all of them for guests to choose from.
